After earning his law degree from the University of Victoria in BC, Trevor articled and practiced at large firms in downtown Vancouver. In 2011, he joined a leading Vancouver family law firm, where he spent two years before opening their Toronto office.
In 2016, Trevor founded Smith Family Law to provide clients with the focused attention they deserve, offering compassionate and strategic legal guidance in divorce, custody, and family disputes.

The whole process was painful but that wasn’t because of Trevor that was because of my situation and my reluctance to rectify the problem that existed for years.
